Enclosed you will find pictures, drawings and a short description about parts and components to be found in a "state of the art" extrusion press run-out system.
To remain competitive, every extruder will have to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce the amount of scrap on each step on the line.
Some of the most modern runouts in operation have been supplied by Smith Aluminium. Our approach is a modular construction with a minimum of welded structures, making the equipment easy to maintain and to extend in the future.
Modernising old runouts is good economy. With our equipment this can be done gradually, adjusted to available budgets, giving pay-back on each step.
